Reinforced security controls on french airports

Following the tragic events in Paris on November 13th in addition to the imminent launch of the Paris Climate Conference, COP21, reinforced security measures have been implemented in French airports.

To ensure you a hassle-free travel experience, we advise you to keep all necessary ID documents  within reach upon arrival in order to speed up the security controls. Even though LunaJets generally recommends to arrive 20 minutes prior to departure, please consider arriving 30 to 45 minutes prior during this sensitive period. Be aware that not having your valid ID / travel documents  might prevent you from flying, even within the Schengen area.

We also draw your attention to the fact that the Paris Climate Conference will attract Heads of States and official delegations to Paris Le Bourget airport from November 30th, which will make the airport access extremely difficult during the two weeks of the event.

If you plan to fly to or from Paris during this period, please contact LunaJets today on +41 22 782 12 12 or email us at lunajets@lunajets.com, so we can find a suitable alternative for you.
