Passengers are travelling to more destinations. Last year, business aviation flights took place between 81,159 unique airport pairs, an 11% increase over 2019 (73,216).
The majority of flights (57.4%) were commercial business aviation. Non-commercial flights accounted for 29%, Medical and special flights contributed 9.2%, and government/military traffic comprised 4.4%.
Those flights were operated by 4,056 based and 3,343 registered aircraft in Europe last year.

Bizliners: 88 based and 59 registered.
Heavy Jets: 1,087 based and 878 registered.
Midsize Jets: 492 based and 450 registered.
Light Jets: 1,005 based and 854 registered.
Twin Engine Turboprops: 664 based and 544 registered.
Single Engine Turboprop: 720 based and 558 registered.
