The Russian Art Festival (Festival de L' Art Russe) celebrates the historic and artistic connections between France and Russia. Exhibits and shows include a broad range of culturally significant art, music, dance, folklore and cinema. Organized by the Russian Cultural Foundation, the festival has eating venues and other Russian-based activities.

Recent editions of the Russian Art Festival in Cannes were held in the iconic Palais des Festivals located next to the harbour on Bd de la Croisette. The Croisette is one of the best-known boulevards in the French Riviera.
