LunaGroup Charter (LGC) is a branch of LunaAviation Group created in 2020. Since then, it has successfully grown and currently employs 7 full time consultants. In 2023 LGC operated more than 300 flights. The main focus for LGC is tailored flights for group travels in the following key industries: Incentives/Seminars/Sport events/Corporate shuttles /Tour operators and Emergency flights.
YOUR GOAL
Your objective is to build a portfolio of clients, along with finding, negotiate and recommend the best flight options on the market for our customers. You will also be in charge of monitoring carefully all of your flights, including outside of office hours when needed, going to the airport in order to supervise your flights and to meet your clients, while supervising a new department with our Group Charter Director.
Qualifications and Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Group Charter Advisor / broker (MANDATORY)
Very organized and multi tasks orientated, switching quickly from one activity to another (cold calls, flight brief, negotiations, client meetings, etc.) and able to work under high pressure
Fluency in English is mandatory. Other languages will be a great asset.

Your Responsibilities
Prospect and develop the company portfolio throughout proactive cold calling sessions whilst maintaining the upmost standard of bespoke service before, during and after the flight
Proactively approaching your list through outbound sales calls, emails and visits (both personal and virtual) and converting prospects customers
Operational side on a day-to-day basis, monitoring carefully all your flights (including outside of office hours)
Going to the airport when needed to supervise your flights and meet your clients
Building relationships with operators to ensure access to the widest possible range of aircraft and to provide solutions for customers
Build and maintain excellent customer relationships to ensure business
Reach sales and financial targets
Demonstrate expert knowledge of aircraft and charter processes
Receive incoming requests for urgent charters virtually 24 hours a day
Presenting tailor-made offers to commercially minded clients
Supervision/follow up of flight departures and arrivals
Supervise a small team of advisors and report to the management
