As our company continues its rapid expansion, we are seeking a motivated Salesforce Developer to join our young and dynamic team, particularly in Salesforce Sales Cloud. Primary Objective:
The Salesforce Developer is responsible for developing and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support LunaJets' business processes. This role involves working closely with the Salesforce Team Leader and other team members to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Development:
Design, develop, test, and deploy standard & custom Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
Create and customize Salesforce objects, flows, validation rules, and triggers.
Develop and maintain Lightning Web Component (LWC), Visualforce pages, Apex classes
Build and manage Salesforce integrations with other systems using APIs and middleware tools.
Platform Management & Optimization:
Ensure the health, security, and performance of the Salesforce platform.
Optimize processes and workflows for improved efficiency and user experience.
Perform regular platform maintenance, including data integrity checks and updates.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with the Salesforce Team Leader and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
Communicate project status and updates to the Salesforce Team Leader.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and team members.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce developments and best practices.
Identify opportunities for leveraging new features and functionality to enhance the Salesforce environment.
Participate in regular code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
Documentation & Compliance:
Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures related to Salesforce development and administration.
Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and industry-specific standards.
Training & Support:
Assist in the development and delivery of training materials to ensure successful user adoption of Salesforce solutions.
Provide ongoing support to resolve technical issues and user queries.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce development.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce customization, configuration, and development using Apex, Lightning components, Visualforce page.
Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs and middleware tools.
Familiarity with Salesforce best practices and design patterns.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills (oral and written English)
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are a plus.
