We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with a focus on security and monitoring to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the security and monitoring infrastructure for our PaaS environment. You will work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure that our systems are secure, reliable, and performant.

Duties
Active participation with the CTO & Lead Developer, in technology watch, development and adoption by the team of best practices for development;
Monitoring critical software logs errors and audit potential opsec vulnerabilities;
Identification of production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and develop fixes;
Continuously improve and optimize our security and monitoring infrastructure Requirements
Adaptability between different technologies
Be able to structure code according to the standards ensuring quality and good test coverage
Passionate and keen to learn about technology and to participate in the daily IT operations of the company.
Document products, processes, and tools with a high quality;
Designing and writing code for the infrastructure and for the configuration of software components (especially related to security, opsec);
Very strong problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to disaggregate issues, identify root causes and recommend solutions;
Key Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related disciplines;
3+ years in a DevOps;
3+ years in Node.js development;
Strong JavaScript/TS/ES6+ skills;
Postgres and SQL knowledge;
Deep knowledge of software architecture and available tools in the ecosystem;
Experience delivering and consuming RESTful and GRAPHQL APIs;
Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
In-depth knowledge of MacOS and Apple environment;

Git workflow
Fluent in English, French is a plus
Nice to have
Basic Salesforce Knowledge;
Experience with TDD and DevOps practices and tooling (e.g. CI/CD pipelines).
Other programming skills are appreciated eg: kotlin/java/rust/c/swift
