YOUR OBJECTIVE
Your objective is to provide support to our Head Concierge and Sales Agents in all offices, before, during and after flights. You will be in charge of customer services to be provided to our clients in coordination with sales agents and providers, as well as of various projects such as catering requests, private chauffeurs, helicopter transfers, client support, etc…
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You will provide the best choice of luxury services to our clientele, and your duties will include the following but are not limited to:
Assist the Head Concierge and the Sales Agents with reservations and information, attending to the wishes and requirements of our clients
Assist the Management with administrative tasks for the office smooth running
Acquire extensive knowledge of hotels, chauffeur services & catering providers in the world
Arrange transportation, catering, and other services upon request from Sales Agents
Maintain and update the company’s database with the most up to date information
Preserve positive ongoing relationships with our external partners and providers
Multitask and prioritize as necessary to meet customer needs
Represent the company with integrity and dedication
KEY INFORMATION
Location: LunaJets Latvia (office located in Riga, Alberta iela 12)
Starting date : TBC
5-days working week with different shifts (off days and shifts will vary during the week)
