Our experience with Lunajets was professional and enjoyable from beginning to end, especially as it was our first experience. Francescas was amazing helping us with the booking and selecting the appropriate aircraft and making all the arrangements and keeping us informed throughout the experience on if we were still on schedule and when the plane had arrived. Our pilots Justin and Frasier were extremely polite and professional and kind to our family and two children. They made the flight enjoyable, the flight was smooth and made our family feel calm and at ease. We enjoyed the experience from beginning to end and would highly recommend LunaJets and their team was wonderful.

It was well-organized, every detail was on point and no stone was left unturned as we carefully planned. The success was due to you, who spearheaded your team, and our good 2-way communication worked well, which added to its positive outcome. Let me take this opportunity to thank Benjamin as well, who one way or another patiently assisted the family from the moment they stepped at the LBG Airport until they departed. He deserves a salute as well. Likewise, the entire flight was safely executed with superb in-flight services as commented by the family. This includes the ground services of Astonsky LBG and Saudia Private Aviation Dammam, who worked hand-on-hand to achieve a flawless and hassle-free service.
